Illustration Friday - Pale



This is the White Horse of Uffington, as perceived by the artist-in-residence at the Palace. Actually, it's not really white - in this case a pale shade of blue - but the 'Pale Horse of Uffington' lacks that certain je ne sais quoi ...

    this is so very beautiful! you are so talented!
    I hate to say this but I think the last person that had the journal, kept it, made some feeble excuses and was never heard from... I am not going to name them but it is rather disapointing :(

    Thanks for the comment, Ascender - actually this is watercolour, cross-hatched using a fine brush.
